About Lynda Fitzgerald...
|
Lynda Fitzgerald has been writing all her life. She studied creative writing
at both Georgia Perimeter College, where she was the winner of a Creative
Writing Scholarship, and at Emory University. One of her short stories, And
We'll Call Him Jeff,” was published in the DeKalb Literary Arts Journal.
Her debut novel was released by Five Star (Thompson-Gale) in June, 2007.
When she isn't writing, she can usually be found curled up with a book
written by one of her many favorite authors. "I've always been a reader. I
can't remember a time when I didn't read, and I can't imagine life without
books. I read Fahrenheit 451 (Ray Bradberry) years ago with horror. Burn
all books? Hideous thought! How much less exciting life would be if we
couldn't count books as friends."
Lynda resides in tiny Snellville, a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia, with her long-
time friend and current crop of rescue dogs (Cairn Terriers, this time).
Though she now lives miles from any ocean, her heart and soul remain
firmly planted at the seashore.
Lynda is a member of Mystery Writers of America, and she is currently
working on a new mystery series, also set on the Space Coast of Florida.
High Praise for If Truth Be Told:
“With a touch of mystery and intriguing characters to spice it up, IF
TRUTH BE TOLD is a truly memorable story about disappointment,
misunderstanding, loss and, ultimately, true love.”
-- Alice Duncan, Lost Among the Angels (2006)
"A fascinating read. I could not put this one down. This story touched me
so deeply, I will be shouting its praises from the rooftops…you are now one
of my favorite authors, Please Keep Up the GREAT work."
